"It’s clear that Capital Markets Board provides the Best Practices in Investor Relations based on their hundreds of interviews with investors and corporate executives."

"We had a good investor relations program, but felt we needed a multi-faceted approach to take our program to a higher level. We knew that we lacked analytics and quantitative insights into how effective our actions were in influencing investor purchase decisions.

With Capital Markets Board we started a candid investor feedback process which provided insight into why prospects were not initiating a position or why current investors were not increasing their investment. Receiving transparent and actionable investor feedback on our value-drivers from CMB before and after investor meetings helped us to continuously improve our message, handle misperceptions, and refine our targeting. Investor feedback provided by brokerage firms did not provide this valuable feedback on our value-drivers.

Building off this candid investor feedback process, we were able to roll out a very proactive and efficient outreach program. We found investors CMB approached were over four times more likely to purchase our shares than investor meetings arranged by brokerage firms. CMB arranged strategic meetings with high potential investors who had a keen interest in hearing more about our company.

CMB provided executive presentation and Q&A training including video rehearsals for myself and senior management

CMB was also instrumental in integrating our Ipreo tools with other vendors’ information to ultimately take the guess work out of analyzing how effective our outreach efforts were. Over time, we jointly developed an analytics platform for management and board reporting with quantitative metrics on the effectiveness of our IR program.

CMB also guided us as we updated our website. We won the Interactive Investor Relations Award for the best investor relations website in our industry.

It’s clear that Capital Markets Board provides the Best Practices in Investor Relations based on their hundreds of interviews with investors and corporate executives. With their expertise, we modernized our approach, implemented an integrated multi-dimensional program and enabled us to measure our success."
